Fokker GKN Orders New RCGS22 to Expand USL Fleet

Fokker GKN has placed an order for a new USL-RCGS22 robotic complex geometry scanner for their facility in the Netherlands. The new machine will join four existing USL ultrasonic inspection systems already in operation at the site, further expanding their automated inspection capacity.

The RCGS22 brings modern robotic flexibility to Fokker’s established inspection workflow, with its overhead gantry architecture, integral fixture axes, and configurable scan envelope designed specifically for complex composite aerostructures. As an existing USL customer with deep familiarity with our platform, Fokker’s decision to invest in a fifth USL system reflects long-standing confidence in our technology and support.
